Most people probably can't imagine what kind of company Gansui is.

We thought about how to make our customers remember us, and came up with an impactful company name that wasn't related to our business type.
Despite weeks of deliberation, I can only come up with a very ordinary company name. I even considered using my own name as the founder, and tried replacing my last name and first name with katakana and the alphabet, but it didn't have much impact.

At that moment, I suddenly remembered the nickname my elementary school teacher had given me. This nickname was well-known among my teachers and those around me.
It was just a matter of misreading the name, but the impactful sound of "Gansui" made me think, "This actually sounds pretty good in the alphabet!" and I decided to use it as the company name. It paid off, as it became a company name that, while not immediately clear in meaning, is memorable once you hear it, and our customers have come to remember it as well.

To live up to our company name, we strive to create high-quality products that our customers will adopt and continue to use in the future. We never give up, and we propose products that our customers and others will find "cool" and "want to use." Unlike large manufacturers, Gansui listens to our customers' "whims."
